Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, in resalable condition, and kept in its original packaging with caps, seals, labels, and presentation materials intact.

How to Start a Return

Email info@dzirefragrance.ca before sending any item back. Include your name, order number or purchase details, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. If approved, we will send the next steps and return instructions.

Returns Sent Without Approval

Please do not mail products back until Dzire Fragrance has approved the return request. Returns sent without approval may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, sprayed, used, leaking after customer handling, altered, or damaged-after-delivery fragrance items are final sale. Gift cards, sample items, clearance items, promotional items, and custom perfume orders may also be final sale unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Send photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue so we can review it and determine whether a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive a returned item, we inspect it before any refund or exchange is approved. If the item does not meet the return requirements, we may decline the refund or offer to return the item to you.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times can vary by bank, card issuer, or payment provider, so the refund may take several business days to appear after it has been issued.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by our error or a verified damaged shipment. Original shipping fees, delivery fees, duties, and taxes may be non-refundable unless required by law or confirmed by Dzire Fragrance.

Exchanges

If an eligible item is approved for exchange, we will confirm availability before the exchange is completed. The fastest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order for the preferred fragrance or size.
