Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods. Custom perfume requests, special orders, or items requiring confirmation may take longer, and we will share timing by email when needed.
Shipping Areas
Dzire Fragrance primarily serves customers in Canada. Some checkout settings may allow select destinations outside Canada when supported by our payment and shipping providers. Available shipping options will be shown during checkout when the order is placed.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines shown at checkout or provided by a carrier are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs review, incorrect addresses, or regional service disruptions can affect delivery after a parcel leaves Dzire Fragrance.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipping label is created or after the package is picked up by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please review your name, phone number, email, apartment or unit number, street address, city, province or state, postal code, and country before submitting an order. Dzire Fragrance is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated or confirmed during checkout or order communication. Shipping fees may vary by destination, carrier, package weight, order value, and service level.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside Canada, customers may be responsible for duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges required by the destination country. These costs are not controlled by Dzire Fragrance and may not be included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows unusual delay or non-delivery, contact us at info@dzirefragrance.ca. We may ask you to confirm the shipping details and may work with the carrier where possible. Carrier investigation timelines can vary.
Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible. Send clear photos of the shipping box, packaging materials, label, and product so we can review the issue and determine the best next step.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned because of an incorrect address, or returned after failed delivery attempts, we will review the order before any reshipment or refund decision. Additional shipping costs may apply.
